We are located over in Jhotwara, specifically at 66-A in Bhagawan Bahubali Nagar. It’s off Niwaru Road. If you know the area, it's quite a lively place with lots of small businesses around. We handle export and import work from here. It isn't a massive warehouse or some glass building. It’s just our office where we handle the daily grind. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails to make sure goods are moving. Some days are really quiet and other times it's total chaos with everyone talking at once. We’ve grown used to the pace. The Niwaru road stretch can be a bit tight with traffic, but it’s a good location for us. Our name, R2Y Export Import, might sound formal but we are pretty relaxed inside. We don’t have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that does lattes. Just a kettle and some biscuits. We focus on the practical side of trading. Getting things from point A to point B without too much trouble. It takes a lot of tracking. We’ve met a lot of people through this work. It’s honest work. We just show up every morning and see what needs fixing or sending. It feels like a local community here. Neighbors know each other. We are just one of the many offices in this part of town trying to make things work.
