R K Properties is sitting right at 22 Vaishali Nagar, very close to Amrapali Circle. If you spend any time in this part of Jaipur, you know that the circle is a busy hub. We like being in the middle of it. Our office is just a regular local shop where we help people with buying or renting places. We’ve been around Vaishali Nagar for a long time, so we’ve seen how the houses and shops have sprung up over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to be the ones who actually know what’s going on in the neighborhood. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us in the office, and the others are out showing a property to a client. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or being told about us by their friends. We try to keep things relaxed. Buying a house can be stressful, so we just talk to people like normal human beings. We know which streets are quiet and which ones get a lot of traffic. That kind of local knowledge is what we have to offer. It’s a simple operation, run by people who live nearby. We are just here doing our job every day and helping people figure out where they want to live in this part of the city.
