R F Properties Trading Ltd

We are located at number 23 in Ghanshyam Colony, right in the Badanpura area of Jaipur. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get a bit crowded during the day with all the bikes and people moving around the lanes. R F Properties Trading Ltd is basically just me and a few friends who know the local land and houses well. We spend most of our time talking to people and walking around looking at different spots. Jaipur is growing so fast and things change every week. Our office has a few chairs for visitors and a big map on the wall that is starting to peel at the edges. We drink a lot of tea while discussing who is selling what and what the prices are doing lately. It is not a corporate setup with suits and ties. Most of the time I am wearing my sandals and just carrying a notebook. We deal with people we have known for years. Trust is a big thing in Badanpura. If someone says they have a plot, we go see it ourselves. The sun gets really bright in the afternoons so we usually take a break then and sit under the fan. We’ve been at this address for a long while so the postman knows exactly where to drop the letters. It is a good life being your own boss and helping people find a place to stay or do business in our city.
