Property Junction

At Property Junction, we operate out of No. F-240 in the Shyam Nagar Extension. Our place is situated right off Ajmer Road. It is a straightforward office where we handle all kinds of real estate things. The area around Shyam Nagar Extension has changed a lot, but we have stayed right here at F-240. It is a convenient spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city quickly from Ajmer Road. We do not have a big team or a fancy lobby. It is just a couple of rooms where we meet people and discuss what they are looking for in a home or land. We keep things very down-to-earth. You won't find any slick sales talk here. We just tell people what we know about the local market. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, so the office might be empty for an hour, but usually, someone is around. We like the neighborhood. It has a good feel to it. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at local listings. We have been at this address for long enough that most of the neighbors know us. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. It is a basic setup at F-240, but it is where we get things done. We usually have the window open to let some air in, though it gets a bit dusty with the road nearby. We do not mind. It is just part of working here in this part of town.
