Our office is located at D-9 in Jayanti Bazar, right on M I Road. We are directly across from the Canara Bank, so it’s a very easy landmark to find. Jayanti Bazar is always bustling with people and activity. We’ve been here in the middle of all that noise for a long time. We handle various real estate matters for people in the city. It’s a lot of coming and going. Since we’re on M I Road, we get people from all over stopping in. We don't have a polished corporate vibe. Our office is full of files and old maps. We just sit down with whoever walks through the door and see what they need. Sometimes it's a shop space in the bazar, other times it's a house further out. We know the city streets well and we know how the prices fluctuate around here. It’s hard work sometimes, dealing with all the legalities and the crowds, but we like it. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just tell people what we know. Being across from the bank is handy because people are already in the area for their finances. We try to be straightforward and not waste anyone's time. It’s a local business through and through. We just do our bit every day and help folks navigate the local property market as well as we can. Sometimes the office is a bit crowded, but we always make room for one more chair for a visitor.
