Praveen Vijaywargiya

I’m Praveen Vijaywargiya and I operate out of 539 on Tonk Road, right near the Gopalpura Flyover. It’s a very busy part of the city. You can always hear the sound of cars and bikes going over the flyover. It’s a constant hum that I’ve just learned to tune out over the years. My place at 539 is easy to find because of the landmark. I spend the majority of my day here. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with things I need for my daily tasks. I don’t have a big staff, so I handle most things myself. If you come by, you’ll probably find me sorting through papers or on the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at, just four walls and a desk, but it’s where I get everything done. Tonk Road is great for being accessible, but the traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour. I usually try to get here early to avoid the worst of it. I’ve been at this location for a long time and the neighbors are all familiar faces. We look out for each other. I don't really do much in terms of advertising or making things look pretty. I just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized, even if my desk doesn't always show it. It’s an honest way to spend the day. I usually lock up once the streetlights come on and traffic starts to thin.
