Pratap Chicken Center

Pratap Chicken Center is situated at 86/167 on Kumbha Marg in Pratap Nagar. This is a very straightforward meat shop where we focus on providing fresh chicken to the local community. We have been at this location for a while and most of the people living around here know us well. The shop is not fancy at all. It has a tiled floor that we wash down multiple times a day and a sturdy counter where we do all the cutting and weighing. The mornings are our busiest time because that is when the fresh stock arrives and we have to get everything ready for the day's customers. It is physical work and it can be quite messy, but it is what we know how to do. We don't have any big advertisements or a marketing plan. People just come to us because they know we are here on Kumbha Marg. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait when it gets crowded, but our customers are usually patient. We talk to them about the weather or local news while we prepare their orders. The noise of the street is always there in the background, but we don't really notice it anymore. We are just a small, local shop trying to provide a necessary service to our neighbors. At the end of the day, we scrub everything clean and get ready to do it all over again the next morning. It is a simple life.
