Pradhan Properties

You can find Pradhan Properties over in Mansarovar, specifically on Heera Path. We are located on the New Sanganer Road. If you are driving along that road, just look for the petrol pump; we are right opposite to it. It’s a very busy spot with cars and bikes constantly stopping for fuel. Our office is a modest space. It’s got a sign out front that has started to fade a bit from the sun. Inside, we have some chairs for guests and a main table where we keep our maps and documents. The floor is made of simple stone and we sweep it out every morning when we open the shutters. Mansarovar is a large residential area, so there is always something happening on the street. Being on New Sanganer Road means we get a lot of noise, but we don't mind it much anymore. The air can get a bit dusty from all the traffic passing the petrol pump. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who is thirsty. It is a very plain and practical setup. There are no fancy brochures or high-tech screens. We just sit here and talk to people who are interested in the area. Most of the people who stop by are locals who live nearby or are just passing through Heera Path.
