Pradeep & Co

We are located at Plot No. 16 in Dusad Nagar, right off Diggi Road. It’s a straightforward kind of place. Most days start with opening the shutters and sweeping the dust that blows in from the road. Being near Diggi Road means there is a lot of movement, but our little corner in Dusad Nagar stays relatively calm. We do a lot of general business tasks here, so there are always ledgers, pens, and stacks of paper lying around. Pradeep is usually around, though he might be out running errands or talking to someone down the street. The office is small, and the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound that we’ve just learned to ignore over the years. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove for making tea in the afternoons. Sometimes the neighbors drop by for a chat, which can slow things down, but that’s how it is in this neighborhood. We handle the daily accounts and the orders as they come in. It’s not the kind of place where things are perfectly filed away; usually, if you need a document, you have to look through a couple of folders. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with the work at hand to worry about that. It’s a simple setup for a simple business, and we just keep at it day after day.
