Our group is known as Poswal Realtors & Developers Privatelimited. You can find us over at 13-A, Viman Vihar, which is right by the Goverdhan Nagar toll tax in Sanganer. Living and working in Sanganer means there is always a lot of growth and noise from the road, but we have gotten used to the dust and the trucks going by. We handle a bit of everything, like land deals and small development jobs here and there. Our office is a simple place where we keep all our property files and maps on a big table. It is not one of those fancy modern buildings with glass walls. Mostly, we spend our time out on the actual sites or meeting people to talk about paperwork. Sanganer is expanding fast and we have been right here in Viman Vihar for quite some time now. Some days it gets pretty hectic with people coming in to ask about plots, and other days it is just us drinking tea and catching up on the filing. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking into the office when they see the name. We just try to keep the business running and make sure we know what is happening with the land around us. It is a local life and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
