You can find us on the second floor of Plot No. 36-37 in Malviya Nagar. We are right across from the petrol pump in the Mauji Colony area. It is a fairly easy place to spot once you are on that road. Since we are on the second floor, people have to come up the stairs or use the lift. We deal with kidney stones and other urology issues here. It’s a specialized kind of place, so we have specific machines for the lithotripsy treatments. The clinic isn't set up like a fancy hotel; it looks like a medical office because that is exactly what it is. We have a waiting room with some chairs and a reception desk where we keep all the files. Malviya Nagar is a busy part of town, so there is usually a lot of noise from the street coming up to our windows. We see patients from all over the city who have been told they need to get their stones looked at. It’s steady work and we keep a regular schedule. Some days are busier than others depending on how many procedures are booked. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. It’s a practical clinic focused on one area of health. We’ve been at this location for a bit and most people in the colony know where the building is. The staff here has been together for a few years now, so we have a good rhythm for how we manage the daily appointments.
