Pawan Fabtex Pvt. Ltd. is out in the Sitapura Industrial Area at E-96, EP1P. If you’ve ever been to this part of Jaipur, you know it’s a huge place with factories stretching out in every direction. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where all the real work happens. We’ve been here since the early days of this industrial zone. The building is a big concrete block, nothing fancy, just built to hold machines and materials. It gets incredibly hot here in the summer, and the desert wind blows dust into every corner. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean. This isn't a place with a lot of corporate polish. We wear regular clothes and get our hands dirty when we have to. The office is just a small room at the front with a couple of computers and some old filing cabinets. Most of our time is spent out on the floor. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the orders right and make sure the quality is what it should be. It’s a lot of long hours and some frustration when things don't go right, but that's part of the trade. We’ve got a good crew of workers who know their jobs well. We aren't looking to be famous, we just want to keep the production line moving and stay busy all year round.
