We are based out here in Jaipur. Parsvanth Developers Limited has been a part of the city’s landscape for some time. Jaipur is a place with a lot of history, and we just try to fit in. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space where we handle the development work. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps of the local areas. The heat in Rajasthan can be something else, so we spend a lot of time near the fans. We don't have a long list of goals written on the walls. We just show up and see what needs to be done that day. Some days we are out on sites, other days we are stuck inside doing the accounting. It’s a mix. The team is small but we've been together for a while, so we know how things work. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs fixing, someone just does it. We don't spend much on advertising or making ourselves look bigger than we are. People in Jaipur know where to find us if they need us. It’s a simple operation. We deal with land, buildings, and all the red tape that comes with it. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our job. We like the local tea stall around the corner for our breaks. Just regular people working in a regular city.
