Pankaj Garg Associates

We’ve been running Pankaj Garg Associates out of our office at 152/17 on Shipra Path in Mansarovar for a good while. It’s a nice part of town, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the shopkeepers and residents nearby. Our office isn't anything fancy—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets filled with files we’ve collected over the years. We mostly just focus on our daily tasks and making sure the people who come to see us get what they need. There are usually three or four of us in here at any given time, and it can get a bit cramped when we’re all busy, but we make it work. Shipra Path is a busy road, so there’s always something to see out the window if you need a short break from the computer screen. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy decor. We’d rather just keep the lights on and keep doing our jobs day after day. Most of our clients find us because they live in Mansarovar or they’ve heard about us from a friend or neighbor. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps things from getting too complicated for us or the people we help. We’ve had some long days here, but being in this neighborhood makes it feel like we’re part of a community rather than just an office.
