If you are driving down the Main Road in Transport Nagar, you might have seen us. Pankaj Auto Agency is at Shop No. 08. We are really close to the Jypore Hotel, which is a big landmark for anyone lost. It’s a loud area because of all the trucks and heavy vehicles moving through the transport hub. We spend most of our time dealing with auto parts. Our shelves are stacked pretty high with boxes and metal bits. It is dusty work. You can’t really help the dust when you are right on the Main Road. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down. People come in looking for specific parts for their vehicles. Sometimes we have it right there, and sometimes we have to look for it. It isn't a flashy showroom. It is just a shop with concrete floors and a lot of iron. We talk to drivers and mechanics all day long. Most of the guys around here are regulars. We know what they need before they even ask. It gets a bit chaotic when three delivery trucks arrive at once. We just move stuff out of the way and keep going. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying. By the end of the day, we are tired but the work is finished. That is how we run things here in Transport Nagar.
