Padmanabh Innovations Llp has its office at 33 A, Poonam Vihar in Jagatpura. This is in Jaipur-302017, Rajasthan. The office is not a high-rise building or a glass tower. It is a simple place on a regular street. We have our workspace set up with what we need to get through the day. There are no fancy lounges or break rooms here. We usually just sit at our desks and talk to each other when we need something. Poonam Vihar is a nice enough area and it’s not too far from the main parts of Jagatpura. We’ve been here for a while and the office feels like it has some history. The floor is a bit scuffed and the paint isn't perfect but we don't mind. It is a place where we can just be ourselves and work. Padmanabh Innovations doesn't have a big corporate structure. It is just a few of us trying to make things happen. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up and start the day. Sometimes we have our tea out on the porch if the weather is not too hot. It is a very basic setup but it works well for us. We don't need a lot of extra things to do our jobs. Being in this part of Jaipur is convenient and feels like home.
