Pachalangi Properties

Pachalangi Properties is located right on Vkia Road No 1, at S 2 25. If you know the area, we are just opposite Pink Ciry Honda. It’s a noisy road with plenty of traffic, which keeps things interesting for us. We handle a lot of property work around here. Most days involve looking at plots or talking to landlords. Being near the Honda showroom makes it easy for people to give directions to our office. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It’s just a few of us working out of this space. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Road No 1 over the years. New shops open up, old ones close, but we’ve stayed put. People come in with all sorts of questions about land and rentals. Sometimes we have the answers right away, other times we have to go out and check. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just a desk, some files, and a lot of tea. We know the Vkia area pretty well because we spend so much time out on the streets. Whether it's a small shop or a bigger plot, we’ve probably looked at it at some point. That’s just how it goes at Pachalangi Properties. We are here most days, trying to keep up with everything happening across the street from the showroom. It is a simple life of managing rentals and sales for whoever needs help in this part of town.
