Oriental Martial Arts And Sports Academy is over at B-5, Radha Vihar. We are on New Sanganer Road in the Sodala area of Jaipur. If you are driving along the road, look for Raj Plaza because we are right opposite to it. It’s a 302006 area. The academy is where we do all the training. It is a pretty open space inside with mats on the floor for the martial arts practice. Jaipur gets really hot, so the hall can get a bit stuffy in the summer months, but we open the windows when we can. We have been in Sodala for a good while and most of the locals know where we are. It isn't a high-end luxury sports complex, just a regular place where people come to learn and train. There are some trophies on a shelf and some old posters on the walls. The neighborhood is quite active, and New Sanganer Road always has traffic moving along it. Sometimes the noise from the street drifts inside, but once you start practicing, you don't really notice it much. We have a small area for people to leave their shoes at the door. It is a simple, honest place to spend a few hours. We don't have any fancy lighting, just the regular overhead bulbs that keep the place bright enough to see. The floor mats are a bit worn in some spots from all the footwork, but they still do the job.
