Orafort Realty Private Limited

Our office is over at 585 Vishwamitra Marg. If you know the Hanuman Nagar Extension area in Jhotwara, you know it's a growing part of town. We are tucked away in a spot that’s easy to find once you get your bearings on the main roads. Orafort Realty Private Limited is basically just a group of us working out of this space. It’s a bit of a commute for some of the staff, but we like being in this neighborhood. The building is solid and we’ve made ourselves comfortable over the last few years. There is always a lot of construction noise around here because people are constantly building new things in Khatipura. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking out different sites across Jaipur. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just handle the real estate side of things as they come. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the electricity goes out for an hour, but we just keep working through it. We have a small sign out front so people don't get lost. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving out to show people different spots. It's regular work, nothing too exciting, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this part of the city and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else.
