Onkar Hospital

Our hospital is over at A-43 on 4 No Dispensary Road in Laxmi Nagar. It is a busy part of the neighborhood. There are always people walking by and cars honking. The building has been here for quite some time. Inside, it smells like cleaning fluid and medicine, which I guess is what you’d expect. We have several beds for people who need to stay over. The rooms are basic but they do the job. Our nurses are always on their feet, moving between the different wards. The reception is right near the front door, so it gets a bit crowded when a lot of people arrive at once. We have a small pharmacy section too where people get their prescriptions filled. It’s not a shiny new building with glass walls. It’s a regular brick place that has seen a lot of use over the years. We handle all sorts of cases. Some people come in for a quick shot or a bandage, and others stay for a few days. The doctors have their schedules, but they often end up staying longer if something comes up. We don't have much in the way of decoration, maybe a few posters on the walls about health. It’s just a neighborhood hospital where we try to help out the folks from Laxmi Nagar. You can see the main road from the windows. It’s just us doing our jobs every day without much fuss or fanfare.
