One Realty Group

Our office for One Realty Group is located at Office No-167 on the 3rd floor. We are right across from the Hotel Royale Lalit on Amrapali Marg in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a good location because everyone knows the hotel, so it makes giving directions very easy. Being on the 3rd floor means we have to take the stairs or the lift every day, which keeps us moving. The office itself is just a regular room with our desks and some chairs for visitors. Amrapali Marg is a busy street in Vaishali Nagar, so there is always the sound of traffic and people outside. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; we just have this one spot where we do all our real estate business. We spend our time looking at property papers, talking to buyers, and trying to keep everything running smoothly. It is a lot of work and sometimes things get a bit chaotic with all the different phone calls coming in. We try to keep it simple and honest with the people who walk in. We’ve been in this area for a while and we’ve seen how much Vaishali Nagar has changed over the years. We just keep doing our thing from the 3rd floor, helping people with their realty needs as best as we can. It’s a busy but steady life here at the office. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though it can get dusty. It is just a normal, everyday office for us.
