Our office is located at A-12 in Shastri Nagar. It is a relatively quiet residential area for the most part, so our little shop fits right in without causing too much trouble. We have been operating out of this building for quite a long time. The structure itself is an old one, featuring high ceilings and thick stone walls. It stays pretty cool inside even when the summer heat is at its worst. We handle a wide variety of different trade items throughout the week. My uncle was the one who originally started this place, and I took it over after he decided to retire. We actually still have some of his old ledger books from the early nineties sitting on the shelf. We don't use much in the way of modern technology, just a basic computer for the things we absolutely need it for. Most of our day is spent talking to the people who stop by or calling up our regular contacts. We don’t bother with any big advertising or social media. Word of mouth has always been more than enough to keep us going. Sometimes we just sit outside on the front porch when the weather is nice. We know almost every person who lives on this street. It has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. If we don’t have what you need, we will usually tell you who else might. It’s simple and manageable.
