Om Shree Properties Dealer is situated over in the Mansarovar Reco Industrial Area. Our spot is on New Sangner Road, right near the Reco Kante. It’s an area with a lot of trucks and industrial activity, so it’s not exactly quiet, but we like it here. We deal with properties in and around the industrial zone and the residential parts of Mansarovar. The office is simple, just a place to sit and talk business. We have been here for a while, so we know the local roads and the factories pretty well. Often, workers or business owners come in looking for a small plot or a place to rent nearby. We don't put up big billboards. Our name is on the front, and that’s usually enough for people to find us. New Sangner Road is always moving, and we see a lot of people passing by every day. It’s a practical kind of job. We help with the documents and show people where the boundaries are. Sometimes we have to walk through dusty fields or old warehouses. It’s not a desk job where you stay clean all day. We tell people the truth about the land and the prices. If a deal doesn't make sense, we say so. That’s just how we operate. We’re part of the local scene here near the Kante. Our desks are a bit old, and the tea is usually strong. It's just a regular local property office.
