Om Logistics Ltd is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We have been working in the logistics field here for quite some time now. Being in the Pink City means we are right in the middle of a lot of trade and movement. Our day-to-day life involves a lot of coordination with drivers and making sure the cargo is actually moving toward its destination. Rajasthan is a big state, and we cover a lot of ground from our office. We don't really go in for the polished corporate look you might see in the bigger cities like Delhi or Mumbai. Our space is just a place to get work done, with plenty of desks and phones that never seem to stop ringing. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we are used to it. We know the local routes well, which helps when there is a lot of traffic or construction on the highways. Most of us here just want to finish the day's tasks so we can go home to our families. We handle all sorts of logistics needs for different people and companies. It is a lot of manual tracking and making sure the paperwork matches what is on the trucks. There are no fancy mission statements on our walls, just calendars and duty rosters. We are just a local team doing our part to keep the supply chain moving through this part of India.
