Om Hari Property

We are over at 61 Mansarovar Stonk Road. Our place is in Balaji Nagar, right across from Vijaypath. Om Hari Property is a small local office. We’ve been here for quite a while now. The street is usually busy with people going to work or the market. We handle property stuff, mostly helping people buy or sell houses and plots nearby. It’s a simple setup. We have a couple of desks and a lot of tea for anyone who stops by. Most of our day is spent chatting with neighbors or showing people around different spots in Balaji Nagar. We aren't a big corporation. It’s just us trying to make a living by knowing the local real estate market inside and out. The area has grown a lot since we first opened our doors. There are more shops and cars now than there used to be. We like being opposite Vijaypath because it’s a good landmark for people who are lost. Our walls are covered with maps and handwritten notes about different listings. We don't use much technology. We prefer meeting people face to face. It’s more honest that way. Sometimes the deals take a long time to close, and sometimes they happen fast. We just stay patient and keep at it. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see us sitting by the door most afternoons. It’s a decent place to work and we know almost everyone on this block. We're just locals helping locals.
