If you head down Sirsi Road and look for Bhuvneshwari Vatika, you’ll find us at Shop No- 1 on Plot No- 56. Om Car Industries isn't some massive factory; it’s more of a practical place where we handle car parts and stuff like that. We spend a lot of our time covered in a bit of grease or dust, but that’s just part of the job when you’re dealing with vehicles all day. Meena Wala is a decent area to be in, and we’ve gotten to know the locals pretty well. The shop might look a bit cluttered sometimes because we have parts coming in and out constantly. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around an engine and the frame of a car. We opened up here because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate rules you find at the big dealerships. It’s just straight talk and hard work. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up the tools or organize the shelves, but usually, it's pretty back-to-back. We like the sound of the road outside and the familiar faces that drop by for a chat or to see if we have a specific part in stock. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business and keep the cars on the road, even when the heat gets a bit much under the tin roof in the afternoons.
