Odeon Builders Pvt. Ltd. has its roots over in Iqbal Nagar, in the Seohara area of Bijnor. It is a bit different from working in the big cities, and we like the pace here. We operate out of a simple space where we can keep track of our tools and our projects. Most of what we do involves local construction, helping people get their homes or shops built. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. In a place like Bijnor, your reputation is what matters most. We just try to do a solid job so that people tell their neighbors about us. The office is usually where we meet to discuss the next day's work or to settle up with the suppliers. It’s a hands-on kind of place. There is always a bit of dust around and some sketches of buildings lying on the tables. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm because we aren't one. We are just local builders who know the land and the people around Iqbal Nagar. We’ve seen the area grow and we are glad to have had a part in some of that. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad, but we stick to it. If you’re in Seohara and looking for us, just ask around for the office in Iqbal Nagar. We’re usually there early in the morning before we head out to the sites.
