Even though the name says Odeon Builders Pvt Ltd Delhi, you’ll actually find us down in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We’re based out of Setu Bhawan in Jhalana Doongari, which is right by the Agra Bypass. Our mailing address is care of Mr. Ashok Sharma at the RSRDC office. It’s a bit of a government-type building, so it has that specific feel to it—long hallways and lots of doors. We’re in the 302004 pin code area. Jaipur is a beautiful city, though it gets incredibly hot in the summer months. Our office is a practical space where we handle the logistics and the planning for our construction work. We don't have a big storefront or a showroom. Most of our work is done out in the field or sitting at these desks under the fans. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and making sure all the permits are in order. We’ve been operating from this location for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the bypass. It’s a busy spot, but it makes it easy for us to get around to different sites. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate entity. We are just a group of people who know how to manage building projects and we use this office as our home base to make sure everything gets finished on time.
