O2 REALTY CONSULTANTS LLP

Our office is in the Sky Terraces building on Main Shipra Path in Mansarovar. We’re in unit UG-11. It’s a decent spot, right where there’s a lot going on. O2 Realty Consultants LLP is where we spend most of our daylight hours. We deal with real estate stuff, which sounds more exciting than it actually is. It’s a lot of checking documents and talking to people about where they want to live or invest. The office isn't anything to brag about, but it has everything we need to get the job done. We have a couple of computers that are getting a bit old and a printer that sometimes jams at the worst possible moment. Mansarovar is a big area, and we’ve seen it grow a lot over the last few years. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People usually just find us because they need help navigating the property market here in Jaipur. We try to be as helpful as possible without overcomplicating things. Most days are just a cycle of meetings and phone calls. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. The building is easy to find if you’re driving down Shipra Path. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us sitting at a desk covered in paper. That's just how we work, and it seems to get the results people need.
