Nirman Venture

Our office for Nirman Venture is up on the ninth floor, room 905 to be exact, in the Okay Plus Tower. This is right on Ajmer Road in Jaipur - 302026. It’s quite close to the Govt Hostel and if you need a landmark, the Vishal Mega Mart is just nearby. Being up on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we just see the rooftops and the busy street below. The elevators in this building take a bit of time, especially during lunch when everyone is heading out. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at documents. It gets pretty hot in Jaipur during the summer, so the AC is usually running all day long. Sometimes we grab a quick bite from the stalls near the Mega Mart. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing or the occasional loud conversation from the hallway. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. We just show up every day, deal with the paperwork, and try to stay on top of our list. It’s a practical space for practical work. Nothing more, nothing less. If you’re in the building for something else, you’ll find us there at our desks doing what needs to be done.
