New Shree Jayenti Property

New Shree Jayenti Property is based out of the Ganga Jamuna Colony, right near Dadi Ka Phatak. It is a local area that has been growing quite a bit lately. We started this because we lived nearby and saw everyone looking for places but not knowing who to talk to. Our office is simple, nothing fancy, just a place to sit down and go over some maps or papers. Dadi Ka Phatak is a landmark everyone around here knows, so it is not hard to explain where we are. We focus mostly on the plots and houses in this specific colony and the ones right next to it. Since we are locals, we know who is selling and why, which helps when people ask questions. It is a bit dusty sometimes with all the construction nearby, but that is just how the neighborhood is right now. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of listings. We just keep a small book of what is available. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just showing someone around the different streets in Ganga Jamuna Colony. It is a decent place to live and work. We do not use any high-pressure tactics. If a place works for you, that is great. If not, we just wait for the next one to come up. People know us as the guys who are always around the colony. We just try to keep things honest and clear for everyone who stops by.
