Our office is at 629 on the Barkat Nagar Main Road. We are right near the old Tampu Stand, which is a spot most locals know. It’s a pretty lively area with a lot of traffic and people walking by. New Mahalaxmi Properties has been operating from this location for quite some time. The office itself is just a regular room with some desks and chairs. We handle all kinds of property deals around Barkat Nagar. Whether it's someone looking for a small house or a shop, we usually have some idea of what's available. We don't really do anything fancy. Most of our day is spent talking to people who stop by or calling up owners to see if they want to sell. The noise from the main road can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't part of any big chain.
