New Look Cosmetic Laser Clinic

We are located in unit 202 of Gaurav Tower over in Malviya Nagar. Most people know this mall pretty well, so it’s easy enough to find New Look Cosmetic Laser Clinic once you get to the second floor. It’s usually bustling around here, especially in the evenings when the younger crowd is out and about. We have been set up in this unit for a few years. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve filled it up with all our laser gear and treatment beds. My cousin actually helped me set up the front desk when we first moved in. It’s not the most modern looking office, but we keep it functional. We do a lot of different laser treatments for hair and skin. Some people come in quite nervous about the lasers, so we just talk them through it naturally. We don’t have a big receptionist team, so often I’m the one answering the phone while also helping out in the back. It gets a bit hectic. The mall can be a nightmare for parking on Saturdays, but we can't do much about that. We just focus on the people who make it through the door. It’s a good community here in Malviya Nagar. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming here themselves as adults. We just keep things simple and try to do a good job with the tools we have without making it a big production.
