Neha Properties

Located at T 1/85 in Nand Bari, Sector No 12, our office sits along Vijaypath in Mansarovar. We are quite close to Deepsikha College, so we see a lot of students and teachers passing by every day. Neha Properties is just a small local setup where we handle whatever comes our way. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and the extra chairs we keep for when families come in together. Mansarovar is a big area, but Sector 12 has its own specific feel that we have grown to understand over the years. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It is usually just us sitting there, ready to talk about whatever plot or house is currently for sale. The noise from the college students adds a bit of energy to the street, though it can get loud during break times. We know which houses are near the parks and which ones are better for people who want peace and quiet. Most of our work is done through face-to-face conversations. We don't rely on fancy software to tell us what a house is worth; we just look at what else has sold recently on Vijaypath. It is a very local way of doing things. We keep things simple and try to help people find what they need without making it complicated or stressful for them. It is just everyday business for us.
