Neeraj Sacheti Property Dealer

I run Neeraj Sacheti Property Dealer. My office is located in Bapu Bazar, specifically on the first floor of Sacheti Market. Being in the market means there is always something going on. I can hear the shops opening up downstairs every morning. It gets quite crowded on the weekends, which is when a lot of people come by to ask about plots or rentals. I’ve been in this market for a long time, so I know most of the other shopkeepers around here. The office isn't very large, but there's enough room for a couple of chairs and a table where we can sit and talk. I keep a lot of maps and local records on the wall. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day of walking around showing properties to people. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or out on the street looking at different sites. Property work is mostly about just being available when someone calls. I don't use any fancy computer systems, just my notebook and my phone. It’s a simple way of working but it has served me well enough. The tea here in Bapu Bazar is some of the best you can find, so I usually get a few cups brought up throughout the afternoon while I'm waiting for meetings. I hope to stay in this spot for many more years.
