About Neelkanth Polymers – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Jaipur
Being in Sindhi Colony in Banipark is alright. We are tucked away at 59-A, right behind the ITI. It is a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. Neelkanth Polymers operates out of here, and mostly it is just the sound of the fans and some low talk during the day. The building is older, painted a color that used to be brighter, but the sun has faded it over the years. We have some space for the inventory, though it feels a bit tight when a new shipment comes in. You can hear the students from the ITI sometimes when they are on break. The Sindhi Colony vibe is pretty residential, so it feels less like a cold industrial zone and more like a neighborhood. We have a few chairs for when someone drops by, but they aren't the most comfortable things in the world. The floor is that old stone that stays cool in the summer, which is nice because it gets hot here. We don't spend much on decorating. It's just shelves, some ledgers, and the smell of plastic materials now and then. Sometimes the tea stall down the street runs out of milk by afternoon, so we make do with black tea. It's just a simple routine. We show up, do what needs doing, and lock up when the sun goes down. Nothing flashy about it.
