We are located over in Ojhar, specifically in the Rao Sahebkadam Colony in Tilak Nagar. It is a quiet spot in the Niphad Taluka, not too far from Nasik. Our office at number 41 is where we handle the day-to-day operations for our construction projects. We have been here for a while and most of the neighbors know what we do. It is a straightforward setup. We have desks for the engineers and a small space where we keep all the site maps and equipment logs. Working in construction out here means we deal with a lot of different types of building work, mostly local stuff that keeps the town growing. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed but there is always something that needs fixing or a project that needs a quick visit. We do not have any fancy signage or a big lobby. It is just a place to work. Sometimes the dust from the nearby sites follows us in, but that is just part of the job. Most of our crew is from around the Nasik district, so we know the land and the local weather patterns that affect building schedules. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks at hand. If you are passing through Tilak Nagar, you will likely see some of our staff heading out to a site or coming back for a quick tea break. It is a good place to be.
