Living and working in Jaipur, specifically out in Pratap Nagar near Sanganer, means dealing with a lot of dust and heat. Narayana Multi Speciality Hospital Jaipur is where I spend most of my waking hours. It’s a big building, and it stands out in this part of town. People come from all over Sanganer because it’s the main spot around here for medical stuff. My job involves a lot of walking back and forth between departments. The floors are hard on your feet after eight hours. We get a lot of families sitting in the waiting areas, sometimes for half the day. It’s a community hub in a way. You see the same faces at the local shops nearby. The hospital itself is busy, especially in the mornings when the clinics open up. We don’t really do anything fancy here, just the daily work of seeing patients and getting paperwork sorted. Sometimes the computers slow down and we all have to wait, which can be frustrating when there’s a line. But usually, we manage to keep things flowing. The canteen food is okay, nothing special, but it fills you up. It’s just a normal part of life in Pratap Nagar. We’re just here to do what needs to be done for the people who walk through those doors every morning.
