We have been serving the Pratap Nagar community for a good while now. The hospital is set up to handle a bit of everything. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in the city. We just want to be a reliable place where you can go if you’re feeling under the weather. The interior is pretty basic—white walls, linoleum floors, and plenty of chairs. It gets noisy when it’s busy, which is most of the time. We have a lot of families coming in, especially since we’re in a residential part of town. Our staff works hard, often through the night. There isn't any fancy marketing here. We rely on people telling their neighbors about us. If someone has a fever or needs a checkup, they come to Kumbha Marg. We have some decent equipment and a pharmacy nearby so people can get what they need. It’s a practical setup for a practical neighborhood. We just do our work and go home, hoping we helped a few people along the way. It’s a simple operation, run by people who live right here in the same community. We keep the doors open late most nights to make sure everyone is seen.
