We are located right near the Old Bus Stand. It’s a very well-known landmark in this town, so people never have trouble finding Nagpal Dental Clinic. Being near the bus stand means there’s always a lot of movement outside—buses coming and going, people rushing to catch their rides, and vendors selling snacks. It’s a bit of a hectic area, but once you step inside, it’s a lot calmer. We’ve been here for years, and the walls have seen a lot of patients come through. The setup is pretty basic. We have the dental chair, our tools, and a place for people to sit while they wait. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or leather sofas, just regular stuff that works. Our day is mostly filled with fillings, extractions, and the occasional checkup. We know that most people aren't exactly happy to visit a dentist, so we just try to be practical and get the job done efficiently. The staff is small, just a couple of us who know how to keep the place running day to day. We use paper ledgers for some things and have a computer for others; it’s a bit of a mix of old and new. We don't spend money on big advertisements because people in town already know where we are. It’s an honest, local business that’s been part of this neighborhood's fabric for a long time. We just keep doing what we do.
