Muskan Buildhome Pvt Ltd is based in Vaishali Nagar. Our office is in Diamond Tower, which is part of the Neelkanth Colony at number 51. We are right across from Bake Home. That’s actually a bit of a problem because the smell of fresh bread and cakes is always drifting over here and making everyone hungry. Vaishali Nagar is a very lively part of Jaipur, so there is always something happening outside. Diamond Tower is a busy building with a lot of different people coming and going. We work on building homes and managing real estate stuff. People come in to talk about where they want to live or to look at some plans. Our office has maps and blueprints tacked up on the walls. It’s a bit of a mix of organized and messy, depending on how many projects we have going. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There are more shops and cafes now than there used to be. It’s a good location for a business like ours because people are always looking for houses in this area. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It’s just us sitting around a table talking about bricks, cement, and land. We try to keep things simple and talk to people like normal neighbors. It's a busy life but we enjoy the energy of this part of town.
