I run Multimedia Infotech over here on Rishabh Path C, number 139-A, in Shyam Nagar. It’s a residential area that’s turned a bit more commercial lately. My shop isn’t huge, but I’ve got enough room for my workbenches and all the spare cables I’ve collected over the years. Usually, I’m buried in some computer tower or trying to fix a software issue that’s bothering a regular customer. People from around the neighborhood just drop by when their laptop starts making a weird noise or the internet stops working. It’s not like those big tech support centers where you have to wait on hold for an hour. You just walk in, and I tell you what I think is wrong. The street outside is usually okay, though parking can be a bit of a pain if you come at the wrong time. I’ve got shelves full of old monitors, keyboards, and boxes of components that I might need someday. It’s a bit cluttered, but I know where everything is. I started this place because I liked taking things apart, and now it’s just my daily life. I drink a lot of chai while waiting for files to transfer or updates to finish. It’s a steady pace. Sometimes I stay late if a job is particularly stubborn. Shyam Nagar is a nice place to work, feels like a real community where everyone knows who is doing what on the block and we all look out for each other.
