Mukund Properties

We are located at 1/226 in Raja Park, which is a place that everyone around here knows pretty well. Mukund Properties has been operating from this same spot for a good while now. Raja Park is always full of life, with shoppers and locals moving around all day long. Our office fits right into the neighborhood. It’s a simple space where we keep track of the various houses and shops that are up for rent or sale. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the area and the people who live here. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone’s neighbor is moving, or a friend needs a new shop space, and they eventually end up at our desk. We spend our days answering questions, showing people around the nearby streets, and trying to make sense of the local property market. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. Raja Park has a specific feel to it, and we try to keep our business just as grounded. We don’t use any high-pressure sales tactics or anything like that. We just show you what is on the list and let you decide if it works for you. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we eventually get it sorted out. If you’re walking through the main market area, you aren’t far from our door. It’s a local shop for local property needs, plain and simple.
