M/S Krishna Kripa Creation (Builder & Developers)

M/S Krishna Kripa Creation is a building and development outfit based in Jaipur. We work out of house number 34 in Shiv Colony C, which is right across from the airport near Sanganer Thana. Being so close to the airport means we hear planes all day, but we’ve gotten used to it. We handle a lot of the local building work around this part of Rajasthan. Our office is pretty casual. You’ll usually see us in dusty clothes because we spend more time on the construction sites than sitting behind a desk. We deal with all the typical builder stuff like hiring crews and getting materials delivered on time. It’s not always pretty, and there’s always some problem to solve, but that’s the nature of the business. We aren't corporate people with rehearsed speeches. We just talk to people like neighbors. Shiv Colony is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of houses go up. We keep our records and plans at the office, and that’s where the planning happens. It’s a small, practical operation. We don't try to impress anyone with big words, we just focus on the bricks and the cement. That’s what we know. It’s how we spend our weeks. We just keep at it.
