Out here in Jaipur, we’ve set up shop at House Number D-9/51 in the Chitrakut area, right off Ajmer Road. It’s a decent spot for M/S Ansal Properties And Infrastructure Limited to be located. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we have a lot of property documents to go through. Being on Ajmer Road makes it easier for people to find us, though sometimes the traffic gets a bit much during the rush hours. We spend a lot of time discussing different infrastructure projects and how they fit into the local area. It’s just a group of us working out of this house-turned-office. We keep our desks cluttered with blueprints and site reports. Sometimes we have tea and talk about the heat in Jaipur before getting back to the files. It’s not some big glass tower, just a regular place where work happens. We’ve been part of the Chitrakut community for a while now. People stop by to ask about plots or just to see what’s new with the local infrastructure. We handle things as they come. Every day is a little different depending on what project is moving forward. It’s steady work and we like being in this part of town. The address is easy to remember once you’ve been here once or twice. We just keep at it, day in and day out, right here in Jaipur. It's a simple life for us.
