Mpbs Infratech Private Limited operates out of a space C/O Vandhana Singh in Nijawatpur. It’s tucked away a bit, so it’s not the kind of place you just stumble upon unless you’re looking for it. Being in Nijawatpur is good because it’s a bit calmer than the city center, which helps when we need to focus on the technical details of our infrastructure projects. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to planning and oversight. Most of our days start early with a lot of coffee and a look at the schedule. Things rarely go exactly according to plan in this line of work, so we’ve learned to be flexible. Whether it’s a delay in material delivery or a change in the site conditions, we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees; we are a smaller team that knows how to get our hands dirty. The office is mostly just a place to store our gear and file away the endless stack of documents that come with every job. We prefer being out in the field anyway. It feels better to see something actually being built instead of just looking at it on a computer screen. Nijawatpur has been a good home for us so far, and we’re just keep plugging away at the work we have in front of us, one project at a time.
