Mittal Properties To Let

We are located over at Swastik Plaza Compound, specifically at Shop Number 7. It’s right on the DCM Ajmer Road, so it stays pretty noisy with all the traffic passing by. Our focus at Mittal Properties To Let is mainly on the rental side of things, helping people find houses or shops to move into. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here making sure the paperwork gets done and the keys get handed over. The DCM area has grown a lot, and we've seen it change firsthand from our spot in the compound. Renting can be a headache for some, so we just try to help out where we can. We keep a list of what’s available in the local area. People stop by after seeing our board on the main road. It's a small office, but it serves its purpose. We deal with owners who have vacant spots and tenants who need a roof over their heads. There’s no magic to it, just knowing the local market and being around when someone calls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on properties. If you’re driving down Ajmer Road, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times without noticing. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know who we are. It’s a decent place to work and we just keep it moving.
