Milan Property

Milan Property is located out on Tonk Road at the 12 Mile mark, near Vatika Road. We are pretty close to Chowki Dhani, so it is easy to find us if you are heading out that way. The area has changed a lot lately with more people moving further out from the city center. Our office is a modest spot where we keep track of the land and houses available in this stretch. It is often a bit quieter out here than in the middle of town, which we actually prefer. We spend a lot of our time outdoors, showing people the boundaries of different plots or walking through new constructions. Back at the desk, it is mostly just stacks of files and a phone that rings more often than you would think. We aren't big on fancy titles or formal meetings, we just sit down and talk about what the person needs. Sometimes the wind kicks up the dust from the road, but we just shut the door and keep working. It is a practical business and we have built it up slowly by knowing the local land better than anyone else. Most of our visitors come because they heard about us from a friend or saw our sign while driving toward Chowki Dhani. We just keep things moving and try to be as helpful as we can without making it complicated.
