Middle-Manger,Assistant Manager

This is where we run things from out here in Sidra. It’s a small village in Newai, and our setup is right here at home really. Namonarayan Meena is the one in charge here, and we've been part of this community in Tonk for a long time. It’s not a big corporate office like you see in the cities. We mostly deal with management tasks and helping people coordinate their work. The surroundings are pretty quiet, mostly fields and local houses around us. Being in Rajasthan, it gets hot in the summers, but we keep the work going regardless. We don’t have a big team of people, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. People from the village know where to find us if they need help with administrative things or just want to talk about job roles. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth stuff that comes with being a middle manager. It’s practical work that needs to get done. We don’t use any fancy software or anything, just keep our records straight and talk to folks. It’s a simple way of working, but it works for us. We've lived here forever, so we know how things go. Just plain, honest work every day. Sometimes we have to travel to nearby towns for meetings, but we always come back here to get the paperwork done. It’s a modest way to make a living, but it keeps us busy.
