Midas Signature Jewellery

Midas Signature Jewellery is located in Sterling Apartment, specifically B-6-B on Prithviraj Road in the C-Scheme area of Jaipur. C-Scheme is a pretty nice place to be, and Prithviraj Road is one of those streets that everyone knows. We don't have a big storefront on the main road with neon lights. Instead, we work out of this apartment space which makes it feel much more private and quiet for our customers. When you come inside, it’s mostly just us working on different jewelry pieces or sitting at the table looking at designs. It’s a creative space, so there are sketches and small tools all over the place. Jaipur is famous for jewelry, so we feel the pressure to do things right, but we don't act like we’re better than anyone else. We just like what we do. The lighting in the apartment is important for seeing the stones properly, so we have a lot of lamps set up. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are working on a specific signature piece. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning the glass cases to talking to people who visit. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just a practical, local business where we make things that we hope people will actually like wearing.
